hello@sundaydigital.co.nz

A water glass is refilled before you think to ask. A return is handled without resistance. A late check-out is granted as a matter of course.

Different businesses, the same instinct: someone decided that detail mattered enough to get right, every time... and almost never thought to mention it on their website.

A business can spend years earning its reputation — through the work itself, through word of mouth, through the kind of trust that isn't built overnight — and still lose someone at the first click, because the website they land on doesn't carry any of it. A menu, a service, a product that's genuinely exceptional deserves a digital presence with the same conviction.

When it doesn't have one, the gap isn't cosmetic. It's the difference between someone booking and someone quietly closing the tab.

More often than not, it isn't the business's fault. It's what happens when a brand and a website are treated as separate jobs, handled at separate times, by people who never quite spoke the same language. Sunday Digital exists to close that distance: what a business has already proven, and what a first-time visitor actually sees, feels, and decides to trust — in seconds, before they've experienced any of it for themselves.

Louise Dunn founded Sunday Digital in 2019, after a decade spent shaping premium, lifestyle-driven brands across publishing, automotive, architecture, and agriculture. Different industries, the same job: turning word, design, and feeling into one thing, instead of three.

A maker of meaning, sharpened by instinct — paying closer attention than most people bother to. Watching what people actually want, not what they say they want. Researching relentlessly until a pattern holds.

What this looks like in practice

Brand identity, copywriting, and web design, handled as one continuous discipline rather than three separate briefs.

One point of contact throughout. No handovers, no diluted briefs.

Every touchpoint checked against the same standard: does this feel like the same business, saying the same thing, everywhere someone encounters it.

Nothing built for a deck. Only what the brand will actually use.

Who this is for

Businesses with something genuinely exceptional already at their core — a product, a service, a reputation — whose brand and website haven't caught up to it yet. If people who experience you in person become instant believers, but people who find you online hesitate, that's the gap this studio exists to close.

I don't build for trend cycles. I build for businesses playing the long game , the ones with a direction, not a reaction; a reason for existing, not a quarter to hit. If that's you, the work should still make sense in ten years.
